Homemade Creamy Irish Cream Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 cup Irish whiskey

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.

  2. Add the heavy cream and blend on low speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Slowly pour in the whiskey while blending gently until fully combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into clean glass bottles with tight lids.

  5. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Shake well before using.
