The toppings of this Walking Taco Casserole—Doratitos, Fritos, or Tortilla Chips—are Mexican favorites.
One and a half pounds of ground beef;
3/4 cup of chopped onion and 3 ounces of cream cheese
Taco seasoning, 1 packet
*One can of green chilies
1/2 to 2 cups of Fritos corn chips
1/2 cup of shredded taco mix cheese
One diced Roma tomato and one to two cups of shredded lettuce.

Walking Taco Casserole Recipe:
Bring the oven temperature up to 350ẃ.
In a pan that can be used in an oven, brown the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat. Brown the beef and soften the onions in a skillet.
Toss in the green chilies, taco seasoning, and cream cheese; cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts and is well mixed.
Add the corn chips and shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
Cook in the oven for twenty minutes.
After taking the pan out of the oven, sprinkle shredded lettuce and tomato on top.
If you’d like, you may top it off with salsa and sour cream.
