    • Once boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat, cover it with a lid, and let the eggs sit undisturbed for 10-12 minutes. This method helps prevent overcooking and green rings around the yolks.
    • After the time has elapsed, carefully drain the hot water.
    • Immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl filled with ice water. This stops the cooking process and makes peeling easier.
