Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, dill pickles, celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl.
- Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken salad on lettuce leaves or in sandwich rolls, depending on your preference.
