- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed (about 2 sleeves)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Pour the buttermilk into a shallow bowl. In another bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the buttermilk, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Press the chicken into the cracker mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
- Place the coated chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the chicken pieces.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden and crispy.
