Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups Recipe
Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

For Assembly:
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (for topping)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Lasagna Noodles:
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay them flat on a clean towel.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
