Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (about 10×14 inches).
  3. Assemble the Stromboli:
    • Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
    • Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the ranch dressing.
    • Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions over the chicken.
  4. Roll the Dough:
    • Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, forming a tight log.
    • Pinch the seams and tuck the ends under to seal the stromboli.
  5. Brush with Butter: Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, dried parsley, and sesame seeds (if using).
  6. Apply Egg Wash: Lightly brush the stromboli with the beaten egg to give it a golden-brown finish.
