No-Bake Eclair Cake
Ingredients:
•2 (3.5 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
•3 cups milk
•1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
•1 (16 oz) package graham cracker squares
•1 (16 oz) container chocolate frosting
Instructions:
1.In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
2.Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
3.In a 13×9 inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares to cover the bottom.
4.Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the layer of graham crackers.
5.Add another layer of graham cracker squares on top of the pudding mixture.
6.Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
7.Add a final layer of graham cracker squares on top of the pudding mixture.
8.Remove the lid and foil from the chocolate frosting container, then microwave it for about 15-20 seconds to soften it. Stir well to ensure it’s smooth.
9.Pour and spread the softened chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers, ensuring it is evenly covered.
10.Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the graham crackers to soften and the flavors to meld together.
