Instructions:

2.In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
3.Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
