  1. Preheat the Oven
    • Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) to preheat while you prepare the casserole.
  2. Cook the Chicken
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until lightly golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables
    • In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
    • Add the carrots, asparagus, peas, and broccoli florets. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  4. Make the Sauce
    • Sprinkle the flour over the sautéed vegetables and stir well to coat evenly.
    • Gradually add the chicken broth, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
    • Stir in the milk and continue cooking over medium heat until the sauce thickens, about 3–5 minutes.
    • Add the parsley, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
  5. Assemble the Casserole
