Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 head of green cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Add the onions and carrots, cooking until the onions are translucent and the carrots start to soften.
- Add Cabbage: Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until the cabbage softens slightly.
- Combine Everything: Return the chicken to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and chicken broth, stirring to coat all ingredients. Let it cook for a few more minutes until the flavors meld and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve: Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Let me know if you want to add any other flavors or vegetables!
