Crispy Roasted Potato Wedges

  1. Ingredients:
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wedges are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
