Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Lettuce leaves (optional, for serving)
  • Sandwich rolls or sliced bread (optional, for serving)

 

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, dill pickles, celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until the chicken is evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the chicken salad on lettuce leaves or in sandwich rolls, depending on your preference.
