  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (toasted)

 

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Cake Batter

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans, and line the bottoms with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set this aside.
