Grilled Lemon Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the lemon garlic mixture.
- Place salmon on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.
