Ingredients:

  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed into fine crumbs)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream

For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Make the Crust:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
    • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:
    • In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
    • Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  3. Make the Chocolate Ganache:
    • In a heatproof bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
    • Let the ganache cool slightly before pouring it over the peanut butter filling.
  4. Assemble the Pie:
    • Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter filling and spread it evenly.
    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Serve:
    • Once the pie is set, slice and serve with optional toppings like whipped cream, crushed peanuts, or chocolate shavings.
