These roast beef and cheese sliders are crazy delicious and super easy to make! Savory roast beef and melty cheese wrapped up in sweet Hawaiian rolls and then baked in a buttery sauce are absolutely irresistible. They are the perfect party food and a welcome sight on the dinner table.

- ▢1 dozen (1 package) Hawaiian slider rolls
- ▢¾ pound thinly sliced roast beef
- ▢8 slices cheddar cheese
- ▢2 tablespoons BBQ sauce use your favorite brand
- ▢1 tablespoon mayonnaise
SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- ▢½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- ▢2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ▢1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ▢1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- ▢1-½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- ▢Preheat Oven to 350°. Slice Hawaiian dinner rolls horizontally and place the bottom half on a 9 x 11″ baking sheet. In a small bowl whisk together BBQ sauce, mayo, and Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- ▢Layer thinly sliced roast beef and cheddar cheese over the BBQ mixture. Place the top half of the dinner rolls over the roast beef and cheese.
- ▢Make the sauce by adding butter, brown sugar, remaining Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds to a small sauce pan. Bring mixture to a boil over a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove sauce from heat, and spoon mixture over the sliders.
- ▢Cover the pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for another 5-8 minutes until the tops of the rolls are golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Cut rolls into individual sliders and then serve warm.
